Our Next-Day Delivery method generally accounts for orders with less than 10 products, and the order must be made before 3:00 PM (GMT) on Monday to Thursday, for you to receive your order by the following day. For Fridays, Next-Day Delivery will reach you by the following Monday. Orders with 10 or more products, that request Next-Day, are not guaranteed to be delivered by the next day and thus may fall into our 48 hour lease-time due to the extended preparation of the order – this is not for definite, though. However, once prepared, the order will be shipped for next day delivery unless it was made on Friday – you will receive it on Monday, as mentioned above.
Our Saturday Delivery method is for orders made on Friday, which are needed to be received by the next-day on Saturday. The price is higher due to it being a special delivery method. Once again, this method is for less than 10 products per order. The same constraints as our Next-Day Delivery method for 10 or more products apply to this method, too. However, it will be received on Tuesday instead due to the final preparations and shipping of the order on Monday.
A ‘completed’ status order does not mean that the order is sent; it is to tell you that your order is ready to be dispatched within our 48-hour lease time – this rule applies to standard deliveries, generally.
Nearly all orders are sent on recorded delivery, so they can be tracked. If a tracking ID is requested, it can take up to 24-hours for you to receive it.
Please note: under different circumstances additional delays may apply. In such cases, the company can not be liable for any losses caused by the delay of the shipping process.
If a refund or exchange was authorised, for an order that was not wrongly sent, all payments made to ship the products back to our return address will be covered by you. We do not reimburse returns in the form of payment. We may, however, supply you with a discount coupon upon your next order.
